Karen’s proactive listening skills masterfully honed in on what we were searching for and more importantly, what our opposing views were. While that house wasn’t a good fit, she offered a few suggestions to help broker a compromise between us and suggested areas to hone in on that would meet our demand better. Karen then took the time to send us listings that she thought may be a good fit (that were not her own listings) which resulted in a several-month whirlwind tour before landing the perfect home (self-disclosure: we are the nightmare couple for any Realtor®). Karen helped us hone our needs, set a price range, look for all types of homes before they hit the market in a very wide area of PA, and also worked with our impossible schedules. The absolute best part about Karen was her kindness, patience, and ability to listen to what we were saying, and did I mention patience? We ended up being very picky and touring a lot of homes. We had tours at nights, weekends, early hours, and late hours, and groups of homes to look at in one swoop to maximize our outings.
